When you send an enquiry we collect the name, phone number, email address, city and message you type into the form, along with the option you select for what you are interested in.

Our servers record the usual technical details of a web request, including your IP address, for the limited purpose of rate-limiting abuse of the enquiry form and the assistant.

If you use the assistant, the question you type is sent to our server and to the language model provider that generates the reply. Do not type anything confidential into it.

Enquiry details are emailed to our sales inbox so that we can answer you. That is the only purpose.

We do not sell your details, rent them, add you to a marketing list, or pass them to third-party brokers.

Our website hosting provider processes requests on our behalf. Our email provider delivers the enquiry to our inbox. The assistant's replies are generated by a language model provider.

Each of these processes data only to provide their service to us.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking.

Your theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

No website analytics are running.

The Google Maps embed on the location page loads only when you choose to load it, and sets its own cookies once it does.

Enquiry emails are retained in our inbox for as long as the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.

Rate-limiting records are held in memory only and are discarded within minutes.

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.

You can withdraw an enquiry at any time and we will stop contacting you.
